Chelsea manager, Antonio Conte, has urged Victor Moses and Marcos Alonso to be more prolific in front of goal.
The Blues picked up their first win of this season, beating Tottenham 2-1 at Wembley on Sunday.
Alonso scored twice – a stunning free-kick and a late strike – to secure all three points for the Premier League champions.
The brace took Alonso’s tally to eight goals in 33 league appearances for Chelsea, making him the most prolific defender in the league since he arrived last season.
“I am not surprised [he scored]. If you remember last season he scored five or six goals, it was the same with Moses,” Conte told the club’s official website.
“He missed a lot of chances last season to improve his tally, but I know very well the wing-backs are the real wingers, and sometimes they must become strikers.”
Chelsea take on Everton in their next fixture on Sunday.
