The leader of Britain’s main opposition Labour Party on Tuesday called for Prime Minister Boris Johnson and finance minister Rishi Sunak to resign for breaching Covid-19 lockdown laws.

“Boris Johnson and Rishi Sunak have broken the law and repeatedly lied to the British public,” Keir Starmer said on Twitter after it emerged both will be fined for breaking the law. “They must both resign.”
