Senate Defection: Akanbi Dismisses Rumour, Says  I’m Still In APC

Senator Adesoji Akanbi representing Oyo South Senatorial district on Tuesday said he remains a strong member of the All Progressives Congress, APC.

Senator Akanbi further hinted that he has no plan to defect from APC to any other political party as rumoured.

According to the lawmaker, hearing that his name among those who defected to PDP as a rude shock.

He therefore pledged his commitment to the development of the APC in Oyo state and Nigeria.

Sen Akanbi also sent the copy of the list of defectors to Mega Icon Magazine for further clarifications
