Premier League: Arsenal, Chelsea win, Stoke ends Manchester United’s perfect start

Manchester United’s perfect start to the 2017/2018 season ended on Saturday, after they were held to a 2-2 at Stoke City.

The home side became the first team to score against Jose Mourinho’s men, when Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting opened scoring. United levelled after Paul Pogba’s header went in off Marcus Rashford.

Romelu Lukaku put the Red Devils in front in the second half, but Choupo-Moting headed in his second goal of the day.

The result means United have 10 points, the same with city rivals, Manchester City.

Manchester City hammered Liverpool 5-0 at the Etihad Stadium earlier in the day.

Arsenal returned to winning ways, thanks to a 3-0 win over Bournemouth at the Emirates.

Chelsea held on to defeat Leicester 2-1, Brighton shocked West Brom 3-1, Watford won 2-0 at Southampton and Tottenham Hotspur thrashed Everton 3-0.
