Ogbomoso monarch, Oloko lauds Makinde for bringing human face to governance

Oloko of Oko Ile in Oriire local government area of Oyo state, Oba Gabriel Adepoju Adeyemo, has applauded  Governor Seyi Makinde for bringing human face into governance in the state.

The monarch also hailed the consenting authority in Ogbomoso land, the  Soun of Ogbomoso,  Oba Jimoh Oladunni Oyewumi , Ajagungbade III for promoting peace and unity in the town.

” Our highly revered traditional father is a man of peace and honour who is passionate about Ogbomoso and Oyo state” .

Oba Adeyemo was installed as authentic Oloko of Oko-Ile on 28th November,1997 by the Soun of Ogbomosoland.

In a statement issued on Monday, Oba Adeyemo posited that  the present administration under the leadership of Governor Makinde has not only demonstrated his genuine interest in the people but making people happy with his masses oriented policy.

” Our governor started well and I pray for him that he would end well, he should please extend development to the rural communities across the state”.

The custodian of culture,  however appealed to the governor to rehabilitate the road linking Idi Ede off Oyo – Ogbomoso road to Ikoyi-Ile for easy access by farmers in the communities in Orire local government and it’s environs.
