THE Lagos State Government has partnered with an event solutions company in West Africa – Balmoral Group, to build a football viewing village at the Eko Atlantic City.
According to a statement issued last Wednesday, Balmoral Group hinted that the football village would be a state-of-the-art viewing center that will run throughout the duration of the World Cup.

It stressed that the scope of the village would be beyond football as it would extend to all aspects of life to bring together all lovers and fans of football.
The statement also added that the viewing village would have viewing screens that would project all 64 matches every day of the tournament, assuring that there would be food, music, drinks and entertainment to keep the fans going.
The Russia 2018 World Cup starts on June 14.
