The Coordinator of the Movement, Barrister Olatunde Adeniyi and other members of the Movement at a forum unanimously endorsed Tegbe’s candidature, adding that they are very optimistic that he would deliver good governance to the people of the state and offer himself to service.

The Movement further noted that,Tegbe has all it takes to bring victory to his party in the state, appealing to all APC faithful within and outside the state to field the man who is capable of continuing from the good work of Governor Abiola Ajimobi.

The Movement, however breaks their long silence that, Tegbe is an illustrious son of Ibadan who has long been paying his dues, urging members of the public who might have been in doubt or be ill-informed to ignore the rumour making rounds about the state of his indigenous lineage and further enjoins rumour mongers to stay away from Tegbe as the cause he is pursuing is beyond self, averring that the ambition is beyond Joseph Tegbe as he would not only be the successor of Governor Abiola Ajimobi but would also take the state to the next level .

They advocated that Oyo state needed another right leadership, with capacity to bring all expertise on board and proffer more solutions to the problems of the people of Oyo State, saying that all hopes are not lost if the round peg is put in the round hole and they are of the opinions that Tegbe would offer his best.

They insisted that, Oyo State has been changing for better ever since the inception of the resumption of Governor Abiola Ajimobi into office and Oyo State needs Tegbe to move the state forward, lauding Governor Ajimobi giant strides, purposeful leadership and the pace of development he has set in the state within his time for his successor to follow, describing Tegbe as a man of impeccable pedigree, integrity and the type of leader that Oyo state needs at this moment who will lead Oyo State with exemplary leadership.
