Barcelona must close out transfer business – Busquets

Barcelona midfielder, Sergio Busquets has urged the Catalans to sign new players after Barca defeat to Real Madrid at the Camp Nou yesterday.

With Neymar’s absence weighing heavy in their 3-1 defeat in the Supercopa de Espana first leg, the Spaniard claimed that their need for urgency is a no-brainer.

“I do not believe so because of this result, but it has to be thought about,” the midfielder said during post-match conference.

“We must sign someone: yes or yes,” He added.

The Blaugrana must now travel to Madrid and overturn their two-goal deficit after a typically controversial Clasico, although Busquets wouldn’t be drawn on the penalty incidents.

Busquets said, “A 1-3 loss at home is very difficult, it is dark for us now but we will try, it has become almost impossible.

“The team who scores the first goal in these matches have a lot of the advantage. Madrid have done very well in the circumstances.

“On the pitch I do not have the advantage [of replays] that you have, sometimes you have to see it from different points of view,” the Spaniard concluded.
