The Action Peoples Party (APP) has applied to withdraw its petition challenging the victory of the president-elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, at the 2023 General Election
Also, the counsel to the Party, Obed Agu, has asked the court to strike out and dismiss the suit.
Counsel to Tinubu, Wole Olanipekun, said they are not opposing the application for withdrawal of the petition, adding that they are not asking for cost.
