IN accordance to section 175 (1) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996, President Jacob Zuma has appointed Justice Fayeeza Kathree-Setiloane, a Judge of the Gauteng Local Division of the High Court, as Acting Judge of the Constitutional Court until 30 December 2017.
Justice Kathree-Setiloane will be acting in the position of Justice Sisi Virginia Khampepe who will be on vacation leave.
