According to her, despite clinching a Master’s Degree in Human Resources at University of Salford, UK, she has delved into several businesses and teaching to impact leadership principles among the people, especially women, noting that she started doing small scale business right from her part one in the university.
“Being an entrepreneur and teaching people to embrace the principles of leadership will have an enormous impact on personal and communal growth, because everything rises and falls on leadership.”
“People really needed to know that there are principles that could make them successful and I’m so happy that today I have been able to impact many lives with my coaching, especially women who have endured abusive relationships,” she said.
She, however, revealed the necessity to be well-informed about a business before delving into it and why leadership skills were important in business.
Her words: “I later decided to learn more about the business world and discovered that leadership skills are necessary to succeed in any given area of life such as marriage, vocation, relationships and spiritual life. So, I decided to learn more about leadership.”
