Tinubu prepared to make his promise of renewed hope a reality – Says Oyo Reps elect, Oseni

 

appeals to Nigerians to support new president

 

Elected House of Representatives member for Ibarapa East/Ido Federal Constituency, Engr Aderemi Oseni, has assured that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is fully prepared to make his promise of renewed hope a reality.

The renowned businessman and clergy maintained that the Tinubu administration, in less than two weeks, has demonstrated that it is ready to take Nigeria to the next level despite the nation’s current challenges.

Oseni stated this while addressing newsmen on Wednesday, shortly after President Tinubu met with the 10th Assembly members-elect at the presidential villa, Abuja.

He noted that if given support by Nigerians, Tinubu is determined to overcome all challenges militating against the country’s social, economic, and political developments.

The politician, therefore, appealed to all Nigerians to support the present administration to achieve the dream of a prosperous country, where every citizen will live in dignity.

“We will witness a Nigeria where the high level of poverty, inequality, and unemployment will end, where the rule of law will prevail, and where there will be observance of human rights with this current administration’, he said.

The House of Reps member-elect stressed that the appointments made so far by the President were testimonies of his sincere commitment to the Nigerian project as he has carefully made great choices considering their wealth of experience, administrative acumen, and loyalty to the project.

The lawmaker-elect further assured that the present economic woes bedeviling Nigeria would soon be resolved considering the president’s intellectual prowess as a first-class accounting product, administrative experience, and ingenuity which reflected in his antecedent during his tenure as Lagos state governor, adding that Lagos is now one of the largest economy in Africa.

Oseni, who played a prominent role during the presidential elections in Oyo state, said he’s confident that Tinubu will not only promote national unity, but also tackle insecurity, accelerate economic prosperity, and give renewed hope to Nigerians and Africans at large.

He disclosed that during the meeting, the president expressed his interest in the 10th National Assembly, just as he sought the support and operations of the lawmakers toward achieving the Nigeria of our dream as well as bringing succour to the citizens.

The APC chieftain said, “Let me again reiterate that President Bola Tinubu is committed and firm in his resolve to take this nation to the next level. I am convinced that he will be the best president that Nigeria would ever have, because, he remains determined to overcome all challenges to our security and development as a nation. Interestingly, the president has promised to run all-inclusive administration and open-door policy.

“I sincerely enjoin all well-meaning Nigerians to join hands with the president to make our collective dreams of greatness a reality.”
