RAHEEM STERLING is ready to celebrate his stunning form by splashing out £5million to secure a super villa in his favourite sunshine spot Marbella.
The Manchester City star has been to view the luxury pad twice and fallen in love with it.
And it is little wonder… the newly built contemporary property is discreetly located just 100m from the beach near the millionaire haunt of Puerto Banus.
Locals have been bragging about how much Sterling adores the lifestyle in the luxurious part of the Costa del Sol.
And he seems serious about rewarding himself for his breathtaking contribution to City’s title charge by forking out on the gaff as a place to take his family and friends.
Sterling has been spotted on several occasions jumping on a EasyJet flight during his time off from fighting it out for the Premier League.
The 23-year-old, signed by City for £49m from Liverpool, earns around £200,000-a-week.
Perhaps Sterling’s stellar performances on the pitch are down to his happiness at settling down to family life with partner Paige Milian and their one-year-old son Thiago.
And they are not the only ones that the attacker is keen to look after he bought his mum a luxury home on the outskirts of London in the summer of 2016.
Sterling and Paige already live in a fabulous £3m mansion in the Cheshire countryside but are keen to add the Spanish pad to their property empire.
Their home in England is set in five acres and has five beds, a guest flat, a paddock and a wildlife pond.
The new six bed, six bath villa’s blurb says : “It offers open plan living that flows effortlessly between beautifully designed interior and exterior spaces, each filled with bespoke furniture, commissioned exclusively for the property, giving it a modern and highly unique look.
“The ground floor entrance leads onto a light, open plan living and dining space, complete with a state- of-the-art custom kitchen.
“Sliding glass windows give access to the garden with its covered terrace and bespoke zero edge swimming pool area.
“The villa boasts a stylish outdoor living area. In addition the Ground Floor also has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom leading out to a private terrace garden area.
“The first floor features a magnificent Master Bedroom, and a truly sensational en-suite bathroom.
“There are a further two bedrooms with bathroom on the first floor and access to two large sun terraces looking over the pool and gardens.
“The basement level, benefiting from independent access and floor to ceiling natural light, is in excess of 400m2.
“This incredible space has purposefully been left partially finished, and can be designed for bedroom and bathroom accommodation, as well as multi-entertainment space, cinema room, wine cellar or gym offering a unique turnkey opportunity.
“Exquisitely finished throughout with a painstaking attention to detail, the villa has exceptional fixtures, fittings and facilities, giving you the opportunity to experience modern Marbella living at its very best”.
A source in Spain added: “Raheem has been over a few times to view properties.
“He has looked at three in total but has been back to this one twice so is obviously keen to pursue it. The place is simply magnificent.”
