The Lagos State Police Command has successfully neutralized a nine-member suspected armed gang operating within the state.
According to confirmed police sources, the Command’s Special Squad One Team accomplished this feat during a targeted engagement in the Ajao, Okota, Isolo, and Ladipo areas of Lagos.
The operation, which was conducted with precision and tactical expertise, resulted in the recovery of significant arms and vehicles.
Sources revealed that five AK-47 rifles and two SUV jeeps were seized from the scene, underscoring the scale and seriousness of the criminal activity.
