Oyo State joint security task force, code named Operation Burst on Sunday arrested four (4) suspected criminals for terrorizing Akanran community, in Ona-Ara Local Government Area of Oyo State.
The suspected criminals were said to have been terrorizing the community for a while, with their nefarious activities, causing the residents sleepless nights.
The criminal gang, comprising, a lady and three other young men, as gathered, were arrested by men of the Operation Burst, sequel to intelligence reports.
Operation Burst, had , after the arrest of the suspects, at Olode Area of Amuloko, Ona-Ara Local Government Area of the state, handed them over to the police at Akanran Police Station for further investigation.
Operatives of the joint security task force had previously made some moves to arrest the suspects responsible for terrorizing the community, however, their concerted efforts proved abortive; until yesterday.
The only female in the gang, as learnt , was the team’s spiritual head, who provides the metaphysical powers, charms and directives through which their nefarious activities and operations were being carried out.
