Photos: Mugabe buried in rural village
After a sparsely-attended state funeral in the capital, Harare in honour of the departed Zimbabwe’s former president, Robert Mugabe came to a close on Saturday as his remains were interred in his rural village of Kutama, an AFP reporter at the scene confirmed.
Mugabe, aged 95 died in a Singapore hospital on September 6, 2019, almost two years after a military coup ended his despotic 37-year rule.
