Photos: Elenusonso community hails Oseni for donating 500KVA transformer

Residents of Elenusonso community in Ido Local Government Area of Oyo state have expressed their gratitude to the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for Ibarapa East/Ido Federal Constituency, Engr. Aderemi Oseni for his magnanimity and love for them as a people in their times of need.

The community, comprising twelve zones, housing about one hundred and fifty thousand residents recently joined the transformer beneficiary list of the APC chieftain by taking the delivery of a new 500KVA transformer to boost the power supply in the area.


Speaking with newsmen, the Chairman of Elenusonso Community, Chief Adebayo Babajide,
who expressed his happiness regarding the transformer, said Oseni has impacted the community. He explained that the community had suffered a poor power supply for some time as all efforts made by its leaders in the area were futile.

Babajide added that the transformer donated to them would enhance the socio-economic activities of the area.

“As the chairman of the community comprising twelve zones, housing one hundred and fifty thousand people, as I speak to you, the 500KVA transformer has been delivered to us by Remi Oseni”, the community chairman submitted.

Corroborating him, the Osi Balogun Elenusonso, Chief Rashidi Olaniyi Salau, thanked the donor for coming to their aid, adding that the APC candidate’s magnanimity had won him the confidence of the people.

“It was like a dream to us when we took the delivery of the 500KVA transformer donated by Engr. Aderemi Oseni. On behalf of the Baale, Chiefs and residents of the Elenusonso community we want to say a big thank you to our benefactor. We have been hearing a lot about him across our local government and beyond, his magnanimity had won him the confidence of the people”, he said.

While expressing their joy and appreciation on behalf of the beneficiary community, the leaders of the community further promised to cast their votes in his favour.
