Prof. Adeolu Akande, Chairman of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), has commiserated with the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo North senatorial district , and indeed the entire party members in the state over the passing on of an astute party Chieftain, Chief Jacob Adesola Adeleke.
Akande in his condolence message made available to Mega Icon Magazine, on Saturday, described the late leader as a fatherly progressive figure whose wealth of experience played a unifying role in the progressive family in Oke-Ogun and the entire state.
He added that his death, therefore is a great loss to the party and her numerous supporters.
“It is with heavy heart that I received the sad news of the death of one of our leaders, Pa Adeleke.The APC in Oke Ogun zone has lost a very loyal and committed leader.
“May the kind soul of Baba find peace with his Creator”, the message reads.
The guber hopeful prayed God to grant the family of the deceased and his admirers the fortitude to bear the loss.
