THE All Progressives Congress, APC governorship aspirant in Oyo state, Engr. Raufu Olaniyan has congratulated Governor Abiola Ajimobi over the recent wedding of his Son, Ajibola Ajimobi to Fatimah Ganduje daughter of Kano state governor.
The APC chieftain noted that nothing is comparable to the joy of a father witnessing the marriage ceremony of his child.
According to a statement release from his media office and made available to Mega Icon Magazine, Olaniyan described the union as one that is bound to not only bring both families together but further cement the cordial relationship that has always existed between the North and the South western Nigeria.
The gubernatorial hopeful further added that Governor Ajimobi has not restricted his excellent knack for achievements to public service but a trait he has also successfully replicated in his private life, which he remarked as very commendable.
The former Oyo State Road Maintenance Agency boss and erstwhile Permanent Secretary in the Oyo State Civil Service prayed that God will grant the couples happiness and joy in the days to come, to be the cord that binds the marriage and makes it secure.
While wishing them a blissful married life, the Igboho born politician also prayed that God will grant the parents of the bride and groom long life and good health, noting that as they have witness the marriage of their son and daughter so will they also see that of their grand children.
