Oyo APC federal lawmaker, Awoleye denies joining ADC

A chieftain of the All progressives Congress (APC) representing Ibadan North Federal constituency, Hon. Dada Awoleye on Wednesday debunked ongoing rumours that he has defected to the Africa Democratic Congress (ADC)

An online medium had earlier reported today that the lawmaker, Awoleye has registered as a member a of the Africa Democratic Congress (ADC).

Awoleye was in the Oyo State House of Assembly between 2007 and 2011 on the platform of the All Nigeria Peoples Party, (ANPP) is completing his second term in the House of Representatives on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, (APC). He is currently eyeing the Agodi Government House assignment under the ruling APC.

According to the report, Awoleye took the decision ostensibly to return to the green chambers, has he is unlikely to get a return ticket to the green chamber.
