Oyo Accord congratulates Adeleke.

THE leadership of Accord Party led by Sen. Rashidi Ladoja on Sunday described the victory of Dr. Ademola Adeleke as good omen for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the Accord Party (AP), the two biggest opposition parties in Osun and Oyo States respectively.

Contained in a press statement issued by the party’s publicist, Engr Akeem Olatunji, the party also congratulated the people of Osun West Senatorial District, Adeleke dynasty for a well deserved victory, saying it signals the end of civilian dictatorship in Southwest politics.

In a related development, the party further commended the PDP, Osun state chapter and the people for doing the needful by recording a resounding victory over APC candidate in the recently conducted Osun West Senatorial election, anticipating to completely wipe out APC from Osun State political landscape in 2018.

The Accord Party, however reiterated its determination to cleanse Oyo State of what its described as APC negative change by ensuring that the party serve as rallying point to defeat Governor Ajimobi’s surrogate that may be fielded in 2019 elections.

Felicitating with the Senator elect, Ladoja, however urged him not to desist from the good virtues that the Adelekes are known for years.
