In Oyo, 3 Students get college’s scholarship for outstanding performance

A reputable secondary school in the country, Nigerian Tulip Int’l Colleges, Lagos has awarded scholarships to three students from public secondary schools in Oyo State. 

The recipients who got admitted into SSS 1  are: Salam Mubarak from Jesus the Rock College; Adeniran Esther from Goodwill Comprehensive High School and Oladeji Ruqoyat from Onireke Girls High School.

Contained in a letter received on Tuesday by the state Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Professor Adeniyi Olowofela, the Principal, Mrs. Ercan Yilmaz said: “sequel to the interview and the orientation conducted for the scholarship applicants from Oyo State into our school, I have the honour to inform you that the following applicants from public schools in Oyo State have been offered admission into our school and into the classes written against their names.

“They are to enroll, alongside other students, into their respective classes when the school resume for the 2017/2018 academic session in September 2017. Their parents have been contacted and inform about the admission.

“In view of this, we are grateful for the invaluable assistance received from the ministry towards the success of the programme. It is our belief that if and when we request for such assistance in the future, the ministry would surely oblige us”, she continued.
