Oyo 2019: Unity Forum to hold press conference today

THE Unity Forum, a breakaway faction of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo state that formally joined the African Democratic Congress (ADC) is billed to address a Press Conference today, Mega Icon Magazine reliably gathered.

The Press Conference scheduled to hold by 10:00am at Chief Busari Adebisi’s house located around Mobil/ Ring road axis of Ibadan, the Oyo state capital did not indicate issues to be addressed at the conference.

However, it is expected that the alleged imposition of ADC executives in Oyo state by former governor Rashidi Ladoja and Chief Michael Koleoso, might feature in this address.

Oyo ADC, comprises old ADC members, a break away faction of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), known as Unity Forum, and some stalwarts of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), led to the party by Senator Ladoja.

The duo, Senator Ladoja and Chief Koleoso had, on Tuesday allegedly hijacked the whole structure of the party by imposing their loyalists as key executive members of the party. This decision made some key members of the Unity Forum who dumped the ruling APC to join ADC to boycott the state congress which was held on Tuesday.
