Osun 2018: Sen. Adeleke’s death alters political permutations.

THE first executive Governor of Osun State, and Senator representing Osun West Senatorial District in the National Assembly, Isiaka Adeleke is dead, Mega Icon Magazine reliably gathered.

Sources confirmed that the Osun Political Juggernaut, Adeleke surrendered to death this morning at Biket Hospital, Osogbo, Osun State.

Our reporter learnt that the lawmaker, who is also eyeing the governorship seat in the state has been going round for consultation ahead of 2018 elections in the last few days.

A family source, also disclosed that Adeleke was at a party in Kuta, in Ayedire Local Government yesterday. He stressed  that he was rushed to hospital late yesterday when his health deteriorated.

Presently, sympathizers have flooded his country home in Ede.

The tragic exit of Adeleke in Osun Politics has created suspicion in the polity and alters political calculations especially as 2018 approaches. Political analysts believe that Senator Adeleke has laid a good foundation and has an excellent chance to uphold the vision of Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, the incumbent governor, State of Osun.
