OPC Members Detained By Oyo Police Released on Bail

Members of the Oodua People’s Congress (OPC) detained by the Oyo State Police Command over the arrest of a Fulani warlord, Wakili Isikilu that have been allegedly terrorizing the people of Ibarapa land have just been released on bail.

The three detained OPC members were released from the police custody at Iyaganku police station around 5.40pm.

Their release was sequel to the intervention of the Oyo State government and the Aare Ona Kakanfo of Yorubaland, Iba Gani Adams.

The three detained OPC members were released in the presence of State Coordinator of Oodua People’s Congress in Oyo State, Comrade Rotimi Oguntunde a.k.a. Olumo, Special Adviser to Oyo State Governor on Culture and Tourism, Hon. Ademola Akeem Ige and Opc Lawyer.
