NEYMAR was reduced to tears as he insisted he IS happy at Paris Saint-Germain.

It has been reported that the Brazilian superstar is already angling for a move away from the Ligue 1 side – despite joining in a world-record £198million deal last summer.

The former Barcelona striker is claimed to have had a rift with strike partner Edinson Cavani – and not see eye-to-eye with boss Unai Emery.

Neymar, 25, has strenuously denied those reports, and broke down when asked about his ‘unhappiness’ in France after Brazil’s 3-1 win over Japan.

The striker – who scored in the game – said: “I want to ask you to stop creating stories which are not true.

“I want to say what I think. I’m totally realistic and what I don’t like is these false stories about me, there is nothing bothering me at my club.

“I’m here because I asked to be here. It’s going really well (in Paris), I’m really happy here and motivated. I’m a player who wants to give everything on the pitch.

“What bothers me is everyone creating stories about me, with my coach and with Cavani. These things are not real, it’s not true.

“I just want to be happy, I’m not here to make or create trouble with anybody. I know my role on my pitch and I do what my coach asks me to do,” he said.

“I had a chat with (team coordinator) Edu and Tite because these things are hurting me, every day there are these stories.”

Neymar and Cavani reportedly fell out over a dispute over set-pieces, with the forward urging his side to sell the former Napoli man.

And speaking to O Globo, Neymar echoed statements that he is loving life with PSG, he said: “I want to be happy, I did not come to disturb anyone. I know my importance to the team, my role on the pitch. I beg you to stop.

“I’m not angry, I’m not p***** off. I came with my own will, to say what I think.

“I do not like rumours. What I talk about is the nuisance of people who think they know everything but don’t. So it’s easier for you to hear it from my mouth.

“I have no problem with PSG, what bothers me is the pressure of the press.

“I’m a guy who likes to win, I like titles and I went to PSG for this. I’m happy.

“I was happy when I left Barcelona and I’m happy now.”
