Former beauty queen, Ms. Aderinoye Queen Christmas, aka Ms. Queen Oluwadamilola Aderinoye, is now wanted by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) after escaping during a raid on her Lekki residence in Lagos on Wednesday, January 24.
The NDLEA initiated the action based on credible intelligence, suspecting her involvement in illicit substance dealings.
Ms. Aderinoye, formerly Miss Commonwealth Nigeria Culture 2015/2016 and founder of the Queen Christmas Foundation, is currently a person of interest.
A search at her Lekki apartment in Oral estate uncovered items, including 606 grams of Canadian Loud (a synthetic cannabis strain), an electronic weighing scale, and a significant quantity of drug packaging materials.
The authorities also seized a black RAV 4 SUV with the license plate Lagos KSF 872 GQ, along with a picture frame of the suspect. NDLEA continues its efforts to locate and apprehend Ms. Aderinoye.
