NCC boss, Akande rejoices with Olubadan on 93rd birthday

Chairman of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), Prof. Adeolu Akande has rejoiced with the Olubadan of Ibadanland, His Royal Majesty, Oba Saliu Adetunji, Aje Ogungunniso I on his 93rd birthday anniversary.

Akande in a statement in Ibadan expressed joy that God has blessed the first class monarch with good health and wisdom on the stool of his forefathers.

“It is heartwarming to rejoice with our Baba on this rare occasion of his 93rd birthday. Only very few people enjoy the kind of grace that God has blessed the Olubadan with”, the statement said.

The Oyo APC chieftain noted that the reign of Oba Adetunji has been characterized by peace and unprecedented development in Ibadan, adding that the Olubadan has been instrumental to renewed unity among individuals and groups in Ibadan that this has culminated in the further development of sub-saharan largest city’s development.

Akande prayed God to continue to shower his favour on the monarch, his entire family and Ibadanland and Oyo State.
