President Muhammadu Buhari has sent the list of ministerial nominees to the Senate.
Senate President Ahmed Lawan on Tuesday read the list noting that the screening of the nominees will commence tomorrow.
Some of the names on the list include Babatunde Raji Fashola, Rotimi Amaechi, Chris Ngige, Festus Keyamo, Ogbonnaya Onu, Rotimi Amaechi Godswill Akpabio among others.
Surprisingly, Ogbomoso-born and commissioner of the National Communications Commission, Sunday Dare,has been nominated as Minister for Oyo state.
There are 43 nominees by the President and only Sunday Dare made it from Oyo.
Also on the list are former Governors Rauf Aregbesola(Osun) George Akume(Benue) Timipre Sylva(Bayelsa), Adeniyi Adebayo(Ekiti).
