Lionel Messi has admitted he fears to see Neymar in a Real Madrid shirt.
The Brazilian star has been linked with a move to the Bernabeu in a £230million summer switch.
Neymar only left Barcelona for the French capital last summer but is unsettled in Paris.
And in an interview with TyC, Messi said: “Seeing Neymar at Real Madrid would be terrible.
“It would be a terrible blow for Barcelona.”
Messi was speaking after Barcelona were beaten for the first time in the league on Sunday.
Levante stunned the La Liga champions 5-4 in the penultimate game of the season.
Messi also hailed his relationship with teammate Luis Suarez.
He added: ‘The relationship I have with Suarez outside the field improved our feeling on the field.
“He is a serious person, very familiar. Much love and we made a nice friendship.”
