Late Oyo Federal Lawmaker, ‘Sugar’ To Be Buried On May 3

HON. Olatoye Temitope Sugar, the lawmaker representing Lagelu/Akinyele Federal Constituency who was assassinated recently, is set to be buried on 3rd May 2019, Mega Icon Magazine reliably gathered.

According to the family the burial programme will begin on April 29, 2019.

Sugar was killed by unknown gunmen during the governorship and House of Assembly elections in the Lalupon area of Lagelu Local Government area of Oyo state.

Though, it is unsure if the late legislator would be buried at home or his native Alape village in Lagelu local government area of Ibadan, the Oyo state capital.

In a chat with our reporter on Monday, the late Hon. Olatoye Temitope’s younger brother, Mr. Dotun Olatoye announced the burial date for the deceased.

“Burial program would likely be a week. We are looking at Monday 29th April, 2019 – Friday 3rd May, 2019. We shall take final position on or before this Friday”, he explained.
