JUST IN : Dapo Abiodun swears in SSG, CoS

Ogun state governor, Mr. Dapo Abiodun has sworn in the Secretary to the State Government (SSG) and Chief of Staff (CoS). The appointees include: Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Mr. Olatokunbo Talabi, and the Chief of Staff  (CoS), Alhaji Salisu Shuaib respectively.

They were sworn in Tuesday at a ceremony held at the conference room of the Governors office, Oke- Mosan, Abeokuta, the Ogun state capital.

In his address shortly after the swearing in of the appointees, Governor Abiodun  charged the duo to use their academic and wealth of experience to serve the people, noting that they were capable and fit to discharge their duties accordingly judging by the rich experiences they posses in the private and public sectors.

 

Speaking further, the governor, also reminded the appointees that their appointment was a call to serve the people of the state, just as he urged them to see it as a sacrifice to the people as the two offices will determine to a great extent, the success or failure of government.

“The appointment of the Secretary to the State Government and the Chief of Staff are just some of the appointments that our administration would make to ensure that the dividend of democracy was delivered to the people. No part or group in the state would be denied its fair representation in our adminstration”, Governor Abiodun  assured other attendees at the occasion.
