THE Government of Japan has congratulated the reappointment of Mr. Uhuru Kenyatta as President of the Republic of Kenya.
Also, Japan expressed its concern over the security issues that have arised in the process of confirming the results of the presidential election and expects that the stability will be established through law and order.
The government, however expected that, under the leadership of President Kenyatta, Kenya will further advance its political, economic and social development, adding that Japan will continue to support efforts of the Government of Kenya in that direction and will work to further strengthen our friendly and cooperative relationship.
