Youths Sports Federation of Nigeria, YSFON, has made Engr. Dotun Sanusi, the owner of the yet-to-be-commissioned Ilaji Stadium and Resorts Center, Ibadan, the association’s life patron.
This declaration was made by the national secretary of YSFON, Mr Patrick Okpavueru while delivering his address during the closing ceremony of the maiden edition of MASM (Madam Muslimot Agbeke Sanusi) U-17 Female Soccer Tournament held yesterday at Ilaji Stadium & Resort Center.
According to the YSFON scribe who represented YSFON president at the occassion, Engr. Sanusi’s immense contributions to grassroot development has etched his name in the association’s book of history.
He lauded the Ilaji boss for his sterling efforts geared towards making Nigerian Youths useful, not only to themselves, but to the society as a whole.
Okpavueru stated further that the association is proud to be associated with Sanusi, the relationship which he said was what culminated into the maiden edition of MASM hosted by Ilaji Stadium & Resorts Center.
He added that talks are ongoing with a view to ensuring that all the 36 states of the federation participated in the next edition of MASM scheduled for next year.
