I will continue giving my best to humanity, says Ajanaku after his release

Candidate of the Zenith Labour Party (ZLP) in Ibadan Northwest/Southwest Federal Constituency, Otunba Rotimi Ajanaku has renewed his resolve to give his best to the service of humanity.

Ajanaku disclosed this yesterday shortly after his release from the custody of the Nigerian Police post at Apata station.

He said, “from the show of love and solidarity by my people today, I am impressed as this will stimulate me to keep serving the humanity. No amount of political intimidation can stop me”.

According to a source who confided in Mega Icon Magazine, the ZLP Chieftain, Otunba Ajanaku was at the police station on the invitation of the Police, alleging that the police wanted to detain him for political reason, even with less than 48hours to the general election in which he is contesting.

Following this development, Ajanaku’s followers, as learnt besieged the station and occupied the Apata expressway in protest of his arrest.

“There was serious gridlock on the road.
Ajanaku had since yesterday returned to his hotel at Dino with his teeming supporters”, the source told our reporter.
