Heads of Tertiary Institutions, Governing Council, Others Mourn Death of OYSCATECH Bursar’s Wife

The acting Rector, Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology, Igboora, Mr.  Olaniyi Adekunle, the acting Rector, Adeseun Ogundoyin Polytechnic, Mr.  Peter Adejumo,  the Bursar, the Polytechnic, Ibadan,  Mr. Olawole Ojewola, Management and Staff of OYSCATECH were among the early sympathizers at the residence of Alhaji Sarafa Agbogun in Lanlate this morning.

The sympathizers, including community leaders,  family and friends expressed great shock at the news of the death of Alhaja Risikat Agbogun.

The acting Rector, Mr. Olaniyi Adekunle and others described Alhaja Risikat as a loving wife,  mother and good pillar of support to her husband, Alhaji Sarafa Agbogun.

He  noted that the vacuum created by her death would be difficult to fill.

They prayed the Almighty  Allah to grant her Aljana Fridous, while praying God to grant her husband, Alhaji Sarafa Agbogun, the children as  well as the family and friends, the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.

Meanwhile, the Chairman Governing Council, Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology, (OYSCATECH ), Igboora,  Prof.  Lateef Sanni and members have commiserated with  Alhaji Sarafa Agbogun,  the institution’s Bursar over the painful passage of his wife, Alhaja Risikat Agbogun.

Prof. Sanni described her death as a monumental loss.

He prayed the Almighty Allah to comfort the entire family and grant the deceased,  Aljana Fridous.

Until her death,  Alhaja Risikat Agbogun was a business tycoon who specialized in the sale of  clothes and fabrics.

She will be buried by 4.00pm, this evening; according to Islamic rites.
