Governor Abubakar Bello, on Monday sworn in the 36 State Chairmen of the All Progressives Congress (APC), amid rumours of possible sack of its Caretaker Committee Chairman, Mai Mala Buni.
The inauguration, which was done at the party secretariat in Abuja witnessed heavy presence of security officials .
According to the information scooped from THISDAY , President Muhammadu Buhari has allegedly approved the removal of Buni after a faction of APC Governors reportedly complained bitterly about the his plans to scuttle the imminent planned convention.
The APC convention has been postponed more than once since Buni, who is also the Governor of Yobe State, was appointed caretaker Chairman.
