Fayemi names Tribune Associate Editor,Ojo-Lanre in cabinet list

Ekiti State Governor, Dr. Kayode Fayemi has released the list of would-be cabinet members, Mega Icon Magazine exclusively gathered.

According to the exclusive list obtained by our reporter on Thursday,  an Associate Editor of the Nigerian Tribune Newspapers, award-winning tourism journalist and a first-class tourism, travel and hospitality writer, Ambassador Wale Ojo-Lanre has been appointed as the Director General (DG) of Ekiti State Council of Arts and Culture by the governor.

The governor has also approved appointments into some commissions, agencies of government, some Senior Special Assistants and Special Assistants with specific assignments.

Meanwhile, the appointment, according to Dr Fayemi is in a bid to further enhance service delivery.

The appointments, though takes immediate effect, but appointments of nominees into statutory boards are subjected to ratification by the Ekiti State House of Assembly.

Ojo-Lanre born  in Usi-Ekiti, Ido/Osi Local Government Area of Ekiti State  holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in History from Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo State, a Masters degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from the Premier University of Ibadan and LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from Lead City University, Ibadan.
