FORMER England captain John Terry is set to score a £40million windfall after reinventing himself as a property tycoon.
Terry, who has been offered a £1.8million deal to sign for Spartak Moscow, has bought a plot of land and has approval to knock down a house and build two new ones.
Terry, 37, made £20million selling two pads near the proposed new ones in Surrey.
The five and six-bed homes will add another £20million. A source said: “John has a flair for property development.”
