Ex-England footie star John Terry is set to net £40million in mega property deal

FORMER England captain John Terry is set to score a £40million windfall after reinventing himself as a property tycoon.

Terry, who has been offered a £1.8million deal to sign for Spartak Moscow, has bought a plot of land and has approval to knock down a house and build two new ones.

Terry, 37, made £20million selling two pads near the proposed new ones in Surrey.

The five and six-bed homes will add another £20million. A source said: “John has a flair for property development.”

This is the second plush home JT plans to build on the plot of the mansion he plans to demolish
