Easter: Let’s embrace collective will for a transformed Nigeria  – Oseni

The Chairman, House of Representatives  Committee on Federal Road Maintenance Agency (FERMA), and the lawmaker representing Ibarapa East/Ido Federal Constituency, Oyo state, Engr. Aderemi Oseni has sent his greetings to Christians on this year’s Easter celebrations, calling upon citizens across the nation to unite in fostering a collective will for the transformation of Nigeria.

Oseni, in a passionate plea, urged Nigerians not to get weary in the face of the present economic challenge and other challenges confronting the nation, but to embrace unity and shared purpose as the country navigates through challenging times, adding that there is power in the collective will of the people as they support the President Bola Tinubu-led government in tackling the challenges.

In a press release by his media aide, Idowu Ayodele, on Saturday, in Ibadan, and made available to newsmen, the lawmaker’s message centered on the need for a concerted effort towards national renewal, emphasising that individual actions, when combined, can lead to substantial positive change.

The politician highlighted the importance of setting aside differences and working together towards a common goal of building a better Nigeria for future generations.

“I extend warm greetings to our Christian brothers and sisters as we celebrate Easter. This is a time for reflection, renewal, and unity. Let us come together as one nation, embracing our diversities and working towards a harmonious society. As we celebrate Easter, let us not only reflect on the significance of this season alone but also on our role in shaping the destiny of our nation.  We must harness the collective will of every Nigerian towards creating a transformed and prosperous Nigeria”, Oseni remarked.

The APC chieftain urged Nigerians not to succumb to the present situation but to offer prayers for the nation, emphasising that this time too shall pass.

He stated, “In the face of the current economic challenges and other national hurdles, we must remain steadfast and resilient. There is immense power in our collective will as Nigerians. As we navigate through these trying times, let us stand united and support the government’s initiatives in addressing our common challenges.

“I wish you blissful Easter celebrations.”
