Commissioner Celebrates Oyo First Lady, Florence Ajimobi On Her 60th Birthday

Oyo State Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Professor Adeniyi Olowofela has described the wife of Oyo State Governor , Chief (Mrs) Florence Ajimobi as a compassionate mother with gracious nobility whose benevolence would continue to resonate in the state for several years to come .

The Commissioner extolled the virtues of the First lady in a press statement issued on Friday in Ibadan to felicitate the 60th birthday celebration of Mrs. Ajimobi .

Professor Olowofela recounted the many meritorious gestures of Mrs Florence Ajimobi in uplifting the downtrodden and less privileged in Oyo state particularly through her free food bank initiative, free health initiatives – Access to Basic Care (ABC) foundation,  Educate -A-Rural Child amongst other welfare programmes aimed at providing succour to people of the state .

The University Don further noted that Mrs Ajimobi has exemplified godliness in all ramifications in her service to humanity and would be leaving a big shoe that might be difficult to fill on expiration of her tenure as the first lady of Oyo state .

Professor Olowofela, therefore wished the first lady, Mrs Florence Ajimobi longevity, sound health and wisdom to continue to provide leadership and mentoring in Oyo state, Nigeria and the world at large .
