Aregbesola sends list of LG transition committee members to Osun assembly.

GOVERNOR Rauf Aregbesola of Osun State, on Friday, sent the names of transition committee members for the sixty one (61) Local Government and Area Councils in the state to the Osun House of Assembly for screening, Mega Icon Magazine learnt.

Also,  it was reliably  gathered that the State House of Assembly is likely to read the message from the Executive, Governor Aregbesola’s letter sent to the Speaker of the Assembly, Hon. Najeem Salam on the appointment of the LG caretaker committee members next week .

According to our source, the governor’s letter was delivered to the Speaker by the Deputy  Chief of Staff, Mr Gbenga Akano.

The source further disclosed that the Governor, parliament and party have harmonized all issues responsible for the delay in the appointment of the caretaker committees.
