A former Oyo State Senator, Rilwan Adesoji Akanbi, has congratulated Zaccheus Adedeji on his appointment as Special Adviser on Revenue, just as he also lauded President Bola Tinubu on what he described as one of the best decisions.
Akanbi, in a statement on Monday, in Abuja, the nation’s capital, noted that Adedeji is well-prepared for the national assignment, describing the appointment as well-deserved.
According to him, the former Oyo commissioner for finance has shown tact and sagacity in his many years of service to the state and nation, adding that the new Special Adviser will bring his wealth of experience to bear in the discharge of his duties even as he contributes his quota to the renewed hope vision of the Bola Tinubu administration.
“I would like to join with the numerous well-wishers to heartily congratulate you, on your well-deserved appointment as the special adviser on revenue to President Bola Tinubu, no doubt, I have confidence in your capacity to deliver on your mandate.
“I strongly believe that you will bring your wealth of experience garnered over the years to bear on your new assignment. I, therefore, congratulate you and wish you a successful tenure in office,” the statement added.
