Ajimobi, Akala , Folarin move to reconcile aggrieved Oyo APC members

The immediate past Governor of Oyo state, Abiola Ajimobi,  ex-Governor Alao Akala and Senator Teslim Folarin representing Oyo Central Senatorial District on Saturday met in Abuja, the nation’s capital with their focus being on how to reconcile aggrieved members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo state after the 2019 elections.

 

The agenda of the meeting, which was held at Alao Akala’s Asokoro residence between the trio, as learnt was also centered on the urgent need to reposition and rebrand  the party ahead of 2023,
Beaming with confidence, the APC leaders assured that the imbroglio within the party in the state would soon be a thing of the past with other aggrieved members, sources told our reporter.
This is coming seven months after the conduct of the March 9 Governorship Election in Oyo state
