Ajia Balogun congratulates Ladoja at 77, calls him leader of leaders

The Ajia Balogun of Ibadanland, Olooye Adegboyega Taofeek Adegoke, on Saturday felicitated with the former governor of Oyo State, Senator Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja , the Osi Olubadan of Ibadanland, on the occasion of his 77th birthday.

Olooye Adegoke,  an All Progressives Congress (APC) Chieftain and Senatorial hopeful, said considering the celebrant political and mentorship record, Senator Ladoja could only be described as a leader of leaders, a democrat and an epitome of excellence, who believes in democratic norms.

According to Ajia Balogun, “Senator Rashidi Ladoja is a political enigma who in the past had fought and won several political battles in and out of the office. I recalled with nostalgic feelings, his exploits as the Governor of Oyo State.

“His many achievements; his hard-fighting core and political prowess while in the Agodi Government House as Chief Executive, among others, still remain unbeaten particularly in education sector”.

While extolling the Osi Olubadan for his maturity and wise counsels to the old and young ones alike, counselling the younger generation on the path of good education, entrepreneurship and quality leadership.

He prayed that the almighty God would continue to protect the former governor and his family, and grant him more strength to mentor young people.
