AHEAD of the forthcoming general elections, Senator Olufemi Lanlehin has expressed confidence that his name remained on the ballot as the governorship candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Oyo state
Senator Lanlehin, while noting that he was aware of the litigations following his emergence, also urged the electorates to vote en-masse for his party – the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
He also said he would win the election under the banner of the ADC.
Lanlehin, who stated this while featuring on a political programme aired on Fresh FM, Ibadan the Oyo state capital, monitored by Mega Icon Magazine further boasted that 95% of former Governor Rashidi Ladoja’s loyalists are still in ADC, describing the Zenith Labour Party (ZLP) as an imaginary political party.
“I am not a novice in this game. When Baba Ladoja was a Senator, I was in the House of Representatives. Ninety-five per cent of those who joined ADC with Ladoja are still with us”, he said.
The ADC candidate, however observed that majority of his contenders who instituted several lawsuits are now in another party, while the remaining ones have agreed to work with him towards achieving victory in the forthcoming polls.
