‘Would you accept me back?’ -Neymar asks Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez

Neymar has asked Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez if they would accept him back at Barcelona, according to reports in Spain.

Last month, the Brazilian made a surprise return to Barca’s training ground with his son to catch up with his former teammates.

And Sport claims that in a conversation with Messi and Suarez, Neymar is said to have asked the duo: ‘Would you accept me back?’

Sport suggests Neymar’s question was disguised with an ‘ironic smile to hide his true intention’ and would never fully admit that he is discontent after leaving Barcelona.

But the report also claims that Neymar is unhappy at Paris Saint-Germain following his world-record transfer in the summer.

The 25-year-old is said to be disheartened by the lack of quality in Ligue 1, while he has also suffered a breakdown in his relationship with PSG boss Unai Emery.

Neymar has already scored 11 goals in 12 games for PSG this season, but he missed last weekend’s win over Angers due to injury.

But the forward appeared to show no signs of discomfort as he fully trained with Brazil’s national team on Tuesday.
