Chairman of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), Prof. Adeolu Akande has rejoiced with the President of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, Bishop Francis Wale Oke on his 65th birthday anniversary. Akande , who described Bishop Oke as a divine gift to the world in a statement in Ibadan, prayed God to continue to bless him
