The Oyo State Deputy Governor, Engr. Rauf Olaniyan, has dumped the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the State for the All Progressives Congress (APC). Olaniyan announced his defection on Sunday while briefing newsmen in his office in Ojoo, Ibadan, the state capital, following rumours for several weeks of exiting the party. Sources had blamed
