Governor Abiola Ajimobi of Oyo State on Monday disclosed that 521 Certificates of Occupancy have been approved for collection under the state government Home Owners Charter programme. Governor Ajimobi said this during the official presentation of the C of O to some beneficiaries of the programme at the event held at the Ministry of Lands,
